Delete your Rentamo account

Last updated 19 October 2026

You can ask us to delete your Rentamo account at any time, from the app or by email. We close the account and remove your personal details from it within 30 days.

Some booking and payment records are kept after deletion because the law and the other person in each rental need them. They are listed below.

How to ask

In the Rentamo app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap Help & Support, then Submit a Ticket.
  3. Choose Account, then Delete Account, and send the ticket.

By email, without the app

Email info@rentamo.store with the subject Delete my Rentamo account. Send it from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with. We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account.

Before you ask, finish or cancel any active bookings. An account with a rental in progress, or money still to be settled with an owner or renter, is closed once that rental is finished.

What we delete

If you are an owner, we also take your vehicle listings off the app.

What we keep, and why

RecordWhy we keep it
Bookings, receipts and the rental agreements you acceptedTax and accounting law, and the other person in the rental keeps their copy
Payments and refunds made through Google Play or the App StoreTax and accounting law; refund and chargeback handling
Pickup and return photos, deposit, late-return and damage recordsTo settle disputes and claims about a rental
Messages in a booking's chatThe other person in the booking can still read them; disputes
ID verification photos and resultFraud prevention and safety of the owners you rented from
Reviews you wroteShown without your name
Support ticketsA record of what you asked and what we did

These records are no longer connected to your name, phone number or email. We keep them only as long as the law requires or a claim about the rental could still be made, then delete them.
